Setting My Profile - Language Preferences

then select "Preferred Language"

 

Setting French as you language on the site level

If you select French from the language section of the top bar - changes the language of the general interface only.

Please Note : These settings do not affect the language of a course or its interactive content (SCORM packages) if a course is originally designed in English.
